Guojun Wang (王国军) received B.Sc. degree in Geophysics, M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, at Central South University, China (CSU, 中南大学), in 1992, 1996, 2002, respectively. He is currently the Head, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of Department of Computer Science (中南大学计算机科学系) at CSU. He is also the Director of Trusted Computing Institute (中南大学可信计算研究所) at CSU. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Temple University, USA; a Visiting Scholar at Florida Atlantic University, USA; a Visiting Researcher at the University of Aizu, Japan; and a Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HK. His research interests include Network and Information Security, Internet of Things, and Cloud Computing. He has published more than 180 technical papers and books/chapters in the above areas. His research is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National High-Tech Research and Development Plan of China (863 Plan), the Ministry of Education Fund for Doctoral Disciplines in Higher Education, the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Program, and the Changsha Science and Technology Program. His research is also supported by talents programs including the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University (教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划), and the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China for Distinguished Young Scholars (湖南省杰出青年科学基金). He is an associate editor or on editorial board of some international journals including Security and Communication Networks (SCN, John Wiley and Sons), International Journal of Parallel, Emergent and Distributes Systems (IJPEDS, Taylor & Francis), International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering (IJCSE, Inderscience Publishers), and International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Engineering (IJMUE, SERSC: Science & Engineering Research Support Center). He has served as a guest editor-in-chief or guest co-editor for international journals including IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), Journal of Computer and System Sciences (Elsevier), Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (Wiley), Journal of Network and Computer Applications (Elsevier), The Journal of Supercomputing (Springer), IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems, and Security and Communication Networks (Wiley). He has served as a steering co-chair, general co-chair, and program co-chair for a number of international conferences and workshops. He is the Founder of the IEEE International Conference on Trust, Security and Privacy in Computing and Communications (TrustCom). He is a member of IEEE (2010-), a member of ACM (2011-), a member of IEICE (2011-), a senior member of CCF (2005-), and an executive member of the council of Hunan Provincial Association of Computers (2011-).
