Note:

1) Please pay the tour reservation fee (USD50) by October 30, 2011, and pay the rest of the tour fee (RMB1300) at the conference venue before you start the tour. You can also pay the full tour fee (USD265) when you are reserving the tour (including the administration fee, which is 5% of the tour fee in total). If you want to cancel the reservation, you must inform us no later than November 4, 2011 in Beijing time; otherwise the reservation fee cannot be refunded. Notice that there will be a cancel fee of USD20.

2) For each tour, the total number of people will be in between 10 and 19. If the total number of people is less than 10, then each person will be requested to pay some additional fee because such a tour fee will be higher, and the additional fee will be around RMB50-RMB300 per person. For example, if the total number of people is 9, then each person will be requested to pay RMB50 as the additional fee; and if the total number of people is 5, then each person will be requested to pay RMB300 as the additional fee.

3) Notice that the preferred payment method is by PayPal, which is safe and quick. If the tour reservation fee is paid by bank transfer, however, please make sure to get the receipt from the bank and email the scanned copy of the receipt to Dr. Jin Zheng (changsha.conf.2011@gmail.com) immediately.
