Some Further Considerations Regarding Registration and Publication
for ICYCS-08, TrustCom-08, IWCSEI-08, and IWCFTA-08
|
(1) If your paper is TOO SHORT, for example 3 or 4 pages, please consider to improve it and make it longer. We expect that a regular paper is at least 5 pages in length. In this conference, we only publish regular papers, except for several "comments" papers. This is not a mandatory requirement but we hope that your paper will be at least 5 pages in length. If your paper is only 3 or 4 pages in length and you are not sure whether your paper meets our basic requirements or not, please send your paper to us (csgjwang@gmail.com) before submitting it to IEEE CPS submission website. Thanks for your cooperation.
(2) AUTHORS: If you need to change the authors information, please make sure to contact us in advance. Generally, it is not allowed to change the first author. If the first author of your paper is changed without notifying us, your paper may be removed from the proceedings. Please contact the conference coordinator for such change: ICYCS 2008 (icycs2008@gmail.com), TrustCom 2008 (trustcom2008@gmail.com), IWCSEI 2008 (tzchen@zju.edu.cn), IWCFTA 2008 (chn_yuhai@yahoo.com.cn).
(3) AFFILATION: If you need to change the affiliations information, please make sure to contact us in advance. Generally, it is not allowed to change the first affiliation. If the first affiliation of your paper is changed without notifying us, your paper may be removed from the proceedings. Please contact the conference coordinator for such change: ICYCS 2008 (icycs2008@gmail.com), TrustCom 2008 (trustcom2008@gmail.com), IWCSEI 2008 (tzchen@zju.edu.cn), IWCFTA 2008 (chn_yuhai@yahoo.com.cn).
(4) Regarding one of the formatting requirements from IEEE templates, "Multiple authors may be shown in a two- or three-column format", you can follow this style, or you can use another commonly used style: "Multiple authors may be shown in a one-column format..." (you can see such style from many published papers).
(5) Regarding "invitation letters", currently we only send out the invitation letters to the authors outside China for visa application purpose. For the authors in China, we will provide a "one for all" invitation letter (or called "conference notification") at our conference website one or two weeks later.
(6) So far we got many unconfirmed payments. If you have already made the registration but still do not get (email) confirmation from us, please check these unconfirmed payments and possibly claim one of them to be yours by providing evidences including scanned receipt from your posting service or banking service and a well-filled registration form (s). The unconfirmed payments information has been sent to all the corresponding authors through emails. |
